Both Antony and Matt have grown up on a 650ha sheep and beef farm at Port Waikato where they enjoyed catching Koura and Eels as kids in the freshwater streams that run through the property. They both draw upon knowledge and principles growing up on the farm. They have seen first hand the ecological diversity of riparian systems surrounded by covenanted native bush compared to open farmland streams. With farming at the centre of the New Zealand economy they want to see farms and farmers succeed together with the environment by improving farm diversity and water quality.
Achieving the gold standard in riparian planting and restoration is what they’re all about.
